Gretchen O’Hara is the Vice President of Worldwide Channels and Alliances at Splunk. She is responsible for evolving Splunk’s channel strategy and ecosystem to improve the customer and partner experience and scaling Splunk solutions to support customers operating in a distributed, hybrid, multicloud world. With more than 25 years of channel sales, marketing alliances and ecosystem development, Gretchen brings a passion for building ecosystems, business building and connecting sales, technical and marketing to deliver world-class solutions that address customers’ most important business outcomes. She has deep experience across all partners and segments from Developers to Global ISVs and Small Business to the Enterprise and Public Sector. She is a people leader, and a channel and customer advocate with a track record of channel transformation, promoting women in STEM and leveraging technology to solve the world’s most vexing sustainability challenges.
Prior to Splunk, Gretchen was the Vice President of AI & Sustainability and Vice President of Go-To-Market for One Commercial Partner at Microsoft where she built billion-dollar businesses. She led the global cloud ecosystem strategy across core cloud solutions and ecosystem transformation to the cloud. She holds a B.A. and executive MBA from University of Washington Foster School of Business, and executive education at Wharton, Cal Tech and London Business School.
