Splunk Education Delivery Methods
Splunk Education Learning Paths
The Splunk Customer Success Plan is a program designed to help you quickly and successfully derive value from our products throughout your journey. Included with your license purchase, Success Plans provide Support, OnDemand Services (ODS), and Education (EDU) that help you get the most out of your Splunk investment.
Training Units (also known as "Training Credits") provided as part of a Customer Success Plan can be used for any public Instructor-Led Training (ILT) class or eLearning with Labs offering. The Training Units can also be used to purchase Certification Exam Vouchers. Training Units provided as part of a Customer Success Plan are not eligible to be extended.
To see how you qualify for a success plan, please refer to the Customer Success Plan information page.
Training Units are valued at $10 per unit and can be used for any course offering and delivery method. See below for information about offerings and delivery methods.
Training Unit Agreements (TUAs) are used to manage training units in the Splunk Training and Enablment Portal (STEP). Each TUA will have an specific number that can be selected during checkout. Customers who have made several separate education purchases will have multiple TUA Numbers. TUA Numbers should be distributed to those who are eligble to use the Training Units
Please see http://splunk.com/en_us/training/using-training-credits.html for directions on how to use and manage training units. If you need additional assistance, please contact education@splunk.com.
