Together, Splunk and Cisco have 30+ unique employee groups. These groups give folks opportunities to network, develop leadership skills, and learn how to be allies across cultures and perspectives.

HBCU Scholarship

From 2021-2023, we’ve had the honor of awarding $350,000 to 35 brilliant students attending various Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) nationwide — with more to come. Splunk is committed to recognizing talented students and exceptional potential within the technology industry.
