Role:

The primary role of the GFE Systems Administrator is to provide Learning Management System support and admin support for partner LMS.
The secondary role for this position is Accreditation operations. Provide related support for all the Accreditation learning paths to ensure proper requirements have been achieved by both Partners and Splunkers.

Splunk is looking for an individual to join its Global Field Enablement (GFE) Systems Operations team to boost Spunk’s fast-growing business. The team works to implement and manage systems and tools that improve the productivity, scale, and experience of our field teams. You're operationally and customer service focused, a calm and dependable problem-solver,
You will play a meaningful role in how we “bring data to everything” with your expertise and passion to help address the administrative needs of the GFE Systems Operations at Splunk. Your knowledge of key enablement systems and your can-do, collaborative attitude will ensure that internal Splunkers and partners have seamless access to their tools and issues, questions, and/or enhancements are quickly addressed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily operational support for our Learning Management System
  • Manage requests daily that are received on the GFE support mailbox
  • Complete the data uploads daily in both our LC and PLC environments
  • Resolve requests received via ticketing systems, and slack channels.
  • Administer accreditation details, validate accreditation prerequisites
  • Resolve accreditation cases raised by Splunkers and Partners
  • Provide system support during accreditation quarterly refresh and leads system changes related to it
  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional key stakeholders, including the Partners, GFE Accreditation and Technical Accreditation Teams
  • Review all Accreditation learning path completions to ensure proper requirements have been achieved by both Partners and Splunkers
  • Participate in Quarterly accreditation refreshes to implement Accreditation Path changes & updates for both Partner-facing and internal Accreditation paths
  • Work closely with Partner+ Team stakeholders to ensure Accreditation paths settings are properly configured and make any necessary changes
  • Meet regularly with Accreditation Program Stakeholders to continually provide the best possible learner experience:
  • Assist in the development / implementation of program improvement initiatives and/or action plans
  • Identify & recommend Accreditation process improvements & policy upgrades
  • Regularly perform UAT to ensure the highest content quality and best possible user experience after each Quarterly Accreditation Refresh; new accreditation path releases; and Partner changes related to their LMS account
  • Handles day-to-day Accreditation Operations/Support duties:
  • Accreditation Case Queue Management and Accreditation Pre-Req Validations for Partners and Splunkers (daily)
  • Engage other groups, such as Partner+, when their input or assistance is required

Requirements:

  • This role is for doers; be able to get into the details and get the job done while at the same time being able to see the forest for the trees
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of communicating complex information in an easy to understand format. Able to interact comfortably with the cross functional leadership
  • Ability to think creatively; highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
  • Strong collaboration skills; able to work well with others in a fast-paced and growing business
  • Experience with, or desire to learn, MindTickle, Showpad, AEM
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Word, GoogleSheets, Salesforce.com, Workday, Anaplan, experience a plus
  • Experience working within complex projects involving multiple teams
  • Exhibit strong willingness to learn and a genuine sense of curiosity
  • 2+ years of related experience in Enablement, Systems & Tools, or System Administration

Note:

Base Pay Range

Costa Rica

Base Pay: CRC 14,400,000.00 - 19,800,000.00 per year

Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
