Role
As a member of the Splunk Rapid Response Team, you will be responsible for owning the response to customer impacting incidents and case escalations. In this role, you'll be part of a team of global rapid response commanders responsible for handling high priority incidents and escalations from initial triage through after-action review.
This role at Splunk requires an individual who can take charge in high-stress situations and give direction to Customer personnel, Splunk engineers, and Support management to drive expeditious resolution of incidents and escalation. We are looking for a natural leader with proven knowledge of incident and/or escalation management frameworks and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to technical and business audiences.

Base Pay: PLN 184,000.00 - 253,000.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
