SAP Finance Analytics Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive SAP FICO and Group Reporting Projects and Support and related process improvement with a key focus on intercompany match and reconciliation process and fiscal close processes for consolidation and Group Reporting.
  • Lead large, complex, cross functional and visible projects to completion as an SAP subject matter expert and business process leader
  • Suggest creative solutions or facilitate collaboration to address complex requirements
  • Hands on configuration and write detailed functional design specification and execution to business outcomes.
  • Provide leadership to resolve conflicting cross functional issues to bring alignment between partners
  • Make recommendations on implementation of the SAP applications, as well as integration with third party systems
  • Ability to perform quality control on the SAP solutions and provide recommendations and alignment to leading practices.
  • Work with the business and IT clients, as well as the team, both onsite and offshore.
  • Develop proof of concepts to demonstrate proposed technical solutions.
  • Analyzes, debugs programs to identify and resolve the issues as part of Production support
  • Makes necessary modifications to code to enhance functionalities as required by business
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with a diverse group of business, functional and technical teams
  • Recommend strategies and methods to improve implementation efficiency
  • Maintain key partner alignment through regular touchpoints with executive, business partners and IT delivery teams
  • Provide leadership to resolve conflicting cross functional issues to bring alignment between partners
  • Communicate roadmap and portfolio status to executives and internal teams
  • Partner with organizational change management experts to enable change

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:

  • 8+ years experience as a SAP Finance business process solution expert
  • 8+ years of complex cross functional SAP configuration and solution expertise.
  • SAP implementation consultant with experience leading large and complex cross-functional projects
  • 8+ years leading projects in SAP specific domains such as FICO
  • At Least 1 full cycle project experience with SAP Group Reporting. Knowledge of Intercompany Processes and Consolidation is a must. Good to have ICMR experience.
  • Tolerant of ambiguity and the flexibility to work well in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication ability (written and oral)
  • Strong organizational planning skills and understanding of portfolio management concepts
  • Effective problem solving skills with an ability to identify issues and resolve, or identify the internal resources to assist
  • Ability to lead, create, be analytical and foster a collaborative problem-solving environment.
  • Ability to work with minimal direction in a dynamic, fast-paced, fast-growing company where flexibility is imperative.

Base Pay Range

India

Base Pay: INR 2,400,000.00 - 3,300,000.00 per year

Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
