Position: We are seeking an experience management consultant to join our team. This role is at the intersection of technology transformation, design thinking, and strategic consulting, challenging our customers reduce ambiguity and to think differently in the way they solve the emerging digital resilience disruption.

You possess a rare combination of technical expertise, design thinking, and business acumen — and you know how to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions. 

You are comfortable influencing at all levels, from developers to C-suite executives, and you have the confidence, resilience and empathy to challenge the status quo in the right way. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Lead innovative and pragmatic customer engagements that translate business diagnosis and discovery into actionable data transformation solutions. 
  • Drive analysis and innovative thinking to identify, quantify, and shape new value opportunities and growth propositions, earning a seat at the C-Level table. 
  • Apply a customer-centric mindset, aligning business strategy with operational reality, and blending methodologies across design thinking, process-design, and change management. 
  • Co-create compelling cases for change with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Industry Advisors, and Marketing Teams, to inform strategic decision-making and transformation plans. 
  • Utilize exceptional design, presentation, and storytelling skills to create instant tangibility for sales teams and clients, supporting pitch efforts and executive client meetings. 
  • Serve as a thought leader in digital and data transformation, influencing opinions and delivering credible insights and actions to customers. 
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to understand the market, focus efforts, and successfully reach targets. 
  • Capture learning that evolves our market approach, to train and enable others teams with emerging thought leadership and engagement approaches to qualify accounts and deliver value.  
 
Ideal Candidate: 
  • Located in Netherlands with local and regional language skills and excellent English proficiency. 
  • Has 5+ years of experience in transformation consulting, with a passion for creative design and data-driven value creation. 
  • Have exemplary design, presentation and storytelling skills using a combination of desktop research and workshop collaborative techniques.  
  • Enjoys ambiguity and navigating multiple stakeholders with distinct needs, utilizing a "Swiss army knife" approach to problem-solving. 
  • Has experience in positioning, pitching and securing business through compelling proposals 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with both senior executives and technical teams.  
  • Proven ability to manage bandwidth across multiple engagements, working as an individual contributor while collaborating with wider teams. 
  • Able to travel across Europe in support of the business 10 – 20% of time.
