役割概要
    
カスタマーサクセスエグゼクティブは、お客様のビジネス目標を理解した上で、Splunkの製品やサービスの活用を促進し、お客様の成功を推進するアドバイザーです。お客様およびアカウントチームと密に連携して、お客様の優先事項、課題を踏まえた活動計画の作成や価値の定義を行い、定期的なビジネスレビューを通してその価値実現を提示します。
    
主な業務内容
   
・顧客の課題、優先事項を把握した上でSplunkとしての活動計画、ロードマップを作成します。
・上級管理職や製品所有者など、主要な顧客コラボレーターと良好な関係を構築します。
・顧客のニーズを把握し、アカウントチームと連携してSplunkのリソースを適切なタイミングで提供します。
・Splunk製品のオンボーディングや運用中におけるビジネス的/技術的なリスクを迅速に特定し影響度を最小限に抑えます
・顧客のニーズとSplunk製品/サービスの価値を結び付け、セキュリティ、IT オペレーション、DevOps、Obserbabilityにおけるメリットを意思決定者に説明します。
・顧客に業務課題をヒアリングし新しいユースケースやデータ活用を提示します。
    
    
必須条件
・東京に拠点を置く
・10年以上のコンサルティング、プロフェッショナルサービス、技術サポートまたは関連する技術経験
・サイバーセキュリティ、IT 運用、またはObserbabilityのいずれかに関するバックグラウンドがある
・顧客関係の構築とエンタープライズアカウントマネジメント経験がある
・顧客の問題、アカウント/プロジェクト管理、ITオペレーション、および技術インフラストラクチャーに精通していること
・高い文書作成、プレゼンテーションスキルを持ち、ビジネスのあらゆるレベルにアイデアを効果的に伝えることができる
・自立してプロアクティブに活動でき、チームワークを重視
・顧客訪問のため出張が可能

・Splunk、データ分析関連の製品/サービスの利用経験
・マネジメントまたはチームリーダー経験がある
・英語コミュニケーションの中級レベルの能力(ビジネスレベルは必要ありません)
