この仕事はあなたのBusiness Development Representative(以下、BDR)としての営業キャリアを飛躍的に向上させる絶好の機会かもしれません。現在、当社では急成長中のデジタルセールスチームの一員として活躍いただける、中堅キャリアレベルのBDRを募集しています。

このポジションは、東京のオフィスを拠点とした、営業組織と密接に連携する重要な役割を担います。具体的には、担当営業がターゲットとしている新規顧客に対し、架電やメールを通じてSplunkソリューションへの関心や購買意欲を確認し、案件として営業に引き渡すことが主な業務です。

そのため、優れた口頭および文章でのコミュニケーションスキルを持ち、Splunkソリューションについて深く学ぶ意欲がある方を求めています。また、お客様がSplunkを導入することで得られる価値を的確に伝えられるよう、ビジネス洞察力を磨くことに専念できる方を歓迎します。

Responsibilities

あなたは、Splunkで得られる「世界トップレベル」の経験を活かし、見込み顧客に好印象を与える役割を担います。顧客とのコミュニケーションを通じて、潜在顧客・見込み顧客を適切に判断し、案件情報や顧客ニーズをヒアリングした上で、営業担当者とアポイントメントを調整します。

以下が主な責任と業務内容です。

営業担当者と定期的にミーティングを実施し、アカウント戦略やアプローチ対象の優先順位などを共有・調整する。
見込み顧客に対し、電話やメール(Outreach)、SNS(Sales Navigator)などを活用してアプローチを実施する。
見込み顧客の予算・決裁権・ニーズ・導入時期を特定し、事前に案件の適格性を確認する。
マーケティングリードやWeb・SNS(LinkedIn)などの公開情報を活用し、営業担当者からのアポイントメント調整依頼を遂行する。
積極的にチームの学習機会に参加し、自己成長につなげる。
見込み顧客との会話概要を記録し、所属部門や役職名などの情報を最新の状態に更新する。

Requirements

IT業界で5年以上のSDR・BDR、またはそれに関連する業務（架電やメールによる顧客開拓）の実務経験があること。
高い倫理観と道徳観を持ち、人間関係の構築が得意であること。
口頭および文章での優れたコミュニケーションスキルを有すること。
日本語が母国語レベルであること、またはそれに相当する日本語能力を有すること。英語が堪能であればなお望ましい。
ダイナミックな環境下でマルチタスク・優先順位付け・時間管理を効率的に行えること。
優れた問題解決能力を有すること。
自発的かつ前向きな姿勢で、意欲を持って業務に取り組めること。
達成可能な目標を設定し、それを達成・上回る能力があること。
CRMの使用経験があること。Salesforceの経験があればなお望ましい。
ターゲットアカウントの情報をWebやSNSから調査し、アプローチリストを作成した経験があること。
東京オフィスへの通勤が可能であること（※ほとんどのメンバーは現在フルリモートで業務を行っています）。
