Earlier this month, we kicked off a few exciting things for our Employee Resource Group (ERG). Between the launch of our ERG re-brand to Womxn+ and the beginning of Women’s History Month, ERG members and committee volunteers put together a set of programs and activities to celebrate the month and create opportunities for conversations about inclusion in the workplace globally. While we’re all taking more time than usual working remotely during this month, we’re finding ways to celebrate Women’s History Month and showcase our ERG community virtually. Over the last few weeks, we’ve been highlighting Splunkers from around the globe who have been nominated by their peers as womxn who are making strides to close the gender gap and champion diversity and inclusion within the Splunk community. Learn a little more about these amazing members of our Womxn + community at Splunk below.
