Romain developed "Visualize 2 Value" aka V2V, a way to gather, present and communicate information about an opportunity/customer that solves several challenges we are faced with in the Unified Engagement Model. V2V is a methodology that can be done in person or virtually based on design thinking ideas that is now used day in and day out in hundreds of engagements thanks to Romain’s training and enablement across the organization.
Principal Software Engineer, Orchestration | Seattle, WA, USA
Tim is described as “an engineer that others look up to for how he chases after problems with some serious drive.” He has a passion for improving the Splunk user experience, and that passion is infectious to those in his team. Tim recently went above and beyond when gathering feedback for a preview program discussing solutions, workarounds, and potential new features. Through this, Tim brought back "ENORMOUS amounts of feedback, with truly amazing levels of detail, and a precise understanding of the customer problem." Thanks to his contributions, he creates better customer experiences and inspires other Splunkers to do the same.
Inside Sales Representative, Digital Sales | Florida, USA
Victoria's journey is one of challenging the status quo, daring to ask the tougher questions, and, most importantly, demonstrating that taking risks is an integral part of innovation. She noticed that the team was heavily reliant on methods that were increasingly being ignored by potential clients, and introduced a multi-channel approach into their outreach efforts. This was a gamble, as it diverted resources from tried and tested methods, but she was convinced that taking this risk was essential for innovation. While going through this transition, Victoria fine-tuned strategies and offered constant encouragement. Thanks to her new method and leadership, Splunkers were landing meetings with major accounts that had been unresponsive for months. By refusing to accept the status quo, being willing to ask the tougher questions, and understanding that taking risks is part of innovation, she transformed not just her team, but many others approaches to prospecting.
Sr. Director, DEI Business Partner | Virginia, USA
Tammy is described as a true "openness" ambassador who knows how to create welcoming spaces for fresh ideas, diverse viewpoints, and for people to show up more fully by modeling the way through authenticity and inclusiveness. This year, Tammy took on the exciting challenge of spearheading the Building Bridges sponsorship readiness pilot program. She convened a dynamic, cross-functional team across the company. Tammy led with openness, style, and grace through the many moving parts and unexpected twists and turns. The result of the program enabled cadres of emerging leaders at Splunk to flourish.
