    Taking the stage alongside Gary Steele, President of Go-to-Market, Cisco & GM, Splunk is a select group of industry speakers, including:

  • Randy Resnick, Department of Defense (DoD): With over 34 years of cybersecurity experience, Resnick leads the Zero Trust Portfolio Management Office within DoD CIO/CS, focusing on strategic guidance and resource alignment to advance Zero Trust adoption across the DoD. Previously, he contributed significantly to developing the NSA's Zero Trust frameworks and strategies.
  • Denise Reilly-Hughes, State of Vermont: Serving as Vermont’s Chief Information Officer and Secretary of the Agency of Digital Services, Reilly-Hughes leads the state’s technology systems and services while focusing on improved human-centered design and core technology standards of the state’s information systems. She is dedicated to improving Vermonter’s experience, employee enablement, and modernizing government technology services.
  • Craig Woolley, Louisiana State University (LSU): Serving as the Chief Information Officer for LSU, Woolley brings more than 30 years of experience in higher education. Woolley focuses his efforts on improving IT organizations by utilizing customer service and technology tools to enhance the user experience of students, faculty, and staff.
  • Dr. Wanda T. Jones-Heath, Department of the Air Force (DAF): As the Principal Cyber Advisor for the DAF, her duties include synchronizing, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of the DAF Cyber Strategy and advising the Secretary of the Air Force on all cyber programs. She is responsible for overseeing cyberspace recruitment, resourcing, and training of cyber mission forces, as well as assessing their readiness; overseeing acquisition; advocate for cyber investments; cybersecurity supply chain risk management; security of information systems and weapon systems.
  • Michael Dent, Fairfax County: As Chief Information Security and Privacy Officer for Fairfax County, Virginia, he leads cybersecurity efforts protecting critical government functions and over 1.3 million residents. Dent is a visionary leader in transforming legacy systems with advanced technologies like AI, 5G, and IoT, and he also chairs the National Capital Region CISO Committee.
  • Mark Canter, U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO): Serving as the Chief Information Security Officer and Director of the Information Security Division at the GAO, Canter oversees the policy and governance, information assurance and compliance, and security operations.
  • Jothi Dugar, National Institutes of Health (NIH)’s Center for Information Technology (CIT): With over 25 years of experience, Jothi leverages her expertise to serve as Chief Information Security Officer at the National Institutes of Health (NIH)’s Center for Information Technology (CIT). In this role, Jothi established and matured CIT’s Information Security Program and leads CIT’s coordinated response and remediation to the GAO audit of NIH’s information security controls.
