For example, re-routing concession stand mapping in the app based on demand dynamics, redirecting staff to other parts of the stadium, and removing menu items from the app as they run out, so fans do not order and get disappointed. As a result of this type of operational visibility, Levi’s Stadium reports that it has decreased waste, boosted operational efficiencies and improved its bottom line — all while greatly enhancing the guest experience.
