Splunk's DPA Amendment

Splunk offers an Amendment to the Splunk DPA to add the new EU Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914).  Companies who have an existing Splunk DPA may download and electronically sign the Splunk DPA Amendment by clicking on the link below. Upon completion, a copy of the executed DPA Amendment will be emailed to the address designated by you during the process.
