Splunk’s Data Processing Addenda

Customers who have purchased Splunk Offerings have the applicable DPA referenced below incorporated into their governing agreement:
Splunk’s EEA/UK/Swiss DPA with data transfer mechanisms
Splunk’s US-based DPA

The Splunk DPA was most recently updated in June, 2024. If you have agreed to an earlier version of the Splunk DPA, you can replace your existing DPA by electronically signing the updated Splunk DPA below. Click on the appropriate link for the DPA that you wish to sign.

Upon completion, a copy of the executed DPA(s) will be emailed to the address designated by you during the signature process. If you execute a Splunk DPA on behalf of another legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this DPA.

Note: the Splunk DPA is not available for and does not apply to trials, evaluations, beta, free, donated, test, or development licenses. A DPA executed in connection with any such licenses will be deemed null and void.
