Splunk continues to invest in programs that strengthen our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy.
- Published its fourth Diversity Annual Report
- Provided managers with inclusive hiring interviewer training and certification
- Directed 5.7% of addressable spend to small and diverse businesses
Data Responsibility
In FY23, Splunk accomplished several notable cybersecurity and data responsibility achievements to drive digital resilience.
- Participated in AI policy and ethics development through BSA | The Software Alliance
- Became a member of the Infrastructure Security Agency’s Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative
- Achieved new U.S., UK and EU privacy and security certifications
Environmental Sustainability
Splunk is committed to climate stewardship. In FY23, we advanced our commitment to achieve net zero emissions by 2050 at a 1.5° C pathway.
- Completed global climate risk assessment to future-proof the business
- Began work on our net zero transition plan and short-term targets
- Launched the cross-functional Splunk Sustainability Collaborative
