We have no immediate plans to change anyone on your account team due to the acquisition. Please continue to engage with them as you normally would.

Please continue to engage with your Splunk team as usual. Agreements with Splunk will continue to operate just as they did prior to the acquisition.

Customers should not expect any disruption to their Splunk experience as a result of this acquisition. Products will look and function the same and we will continue to develop Splunk solutions and improve the overall product experience based on our existing roadmap. As we bring the two product portfolios together over time, Splunk solutions will get even better when integrated with Cisco’s complementary capabilities and data.

No, our intent is to maintain net price parity for Splunk’s products, regardless of whether they are transacted on Splunk’s existing systems or on Cisco’s systems, once the integration happens.
