Job Title: Manager, Digital Sales
Role Summary
What you'll get to do
- Lead a team of elite Digital Sales professionals as a direct, first-line manager
- Develop sales hunters to find new opportunities in new or existing accounts and/or buying centers
- Partner with other sales teams, marketing and enablement to coordinate campaigns and align on new objectives
- Determine levers to pull to improve pipeline creation velocity, quality & linearity
- Combine data from Salesforce, Outreach.io and Tableau to; spot patterns early, adapt activity & optimize team performance
Must-have Qualifications
- 3+ years leading sales teams selling B2B at a SaaS and/or enterprise software company
- A passion for sales: 2+ years of sales experience as an individual contributor
- An inspirational style built on respect: your teams would follow you anywhere
- An analytical & decisive approach: you can look at a data set, know where to go next & love running experiments to test different ideas
- Change leadership acuity & high emotional intelligence
- Building mentality: trail-blazing new processes, creating content & building teams to scale is your forte
- Ability to pilot a matrixed environment: collaborate & gain commitment cross functionally
- Superior tech skills, including Salesforce.com, Google Sheets, Outreach.io, Chat, Marketing Automation and Dialer platforms

- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred

OTE Pay Ranges
For sales roles the ranges are expressed as On Target Earning or OTE (OTE = base + incentives in the form of sales incentive plans).
SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area
On Target Earnings: $153,600.00 - 211,200.00 per year
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), New York (excludes NYC Metro Area), and all other states.
On Target Earnings: $121,600.00 - 167,200.00 per year
Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the On Target Earnings (OTE) range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the OTE pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to OTE, this role may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
