Rinita Datta

Rinita's journey with Splunk began during her time at a large investment bank as a full-stack software engineer. She developed many knowledge objects in her spare time as an IT/DevOps Splunk customer, and also enjoyed introducing and onboarding peer developer teams to Splunk for solving their unique needs. Rinita then switched tracks to do this at scale at Splunk, helping more customers adopt our products and mature further on their journey to digital resilience.

She is passionate about learning new things, leveraging data to solve complex business problems, and delivering customer value. Rinita holds an MBA degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from VNIT, India. Outside work, she's a Marvel and Harry Potter nerd and Ioves doing Improv theater, sketching, and traveling.
