To that end, we are continuing to expand our inventory of DEIB learning for all employees, deeply integrate DEIB into our critical talent systems and processes, invest in leading-edge employee health and well-being benefits, and provide employees with the flexibility they need to balance their personal and work lives - from our hybrid workplace model to our generous Personal Time Off (PTO) benefits which include our quarterly Global Rest Days and paid time off for volunteering and community service.
Our nine Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)* are an essential component of our holistic culture of belonging strategy. In addition to elevating employee voices and providing connection and community for Splunkers, they also help build individual and enterprise awareness, action and accountability in service to making our workplace and our business more diverse and inclusive.
